GL Transitions + qmelt command line

I have script that processes stored on dropbox videos (add music, transitions between small videos and uploads to youtube). I wanted to add new GL transitions ( https://www.elusien.co.uk/shotcut/gl-transitions/index.html ), is there any way to make transition between 2 videos using melt.exe?

qmelt.exe 111.mp4 out=120 222.mp4 -mix 60 -mixer webvfx:JRtransition.html Angle=45

but transitions doesn’t work correctly…

I also want to try this, didn’t work out, are you able to apply that?
always give error: Failed to create WebVfx ServiceManager

I can apply any effect, but it applies only for first clip…
