Filter 'Warp'

Hi!

This filter, while preview, is much much much slower as in the exported video!
First I thought it is an issue with the Intel I3-6100, but, no, I’m already working with my AMD Ryzen-5 2600.

And it is really a great difference!
E.g. the settings 15,0, 0,5, 6,0 are not really noticeable in the preview, just to say ‘smooth’, but in the exported video it is a kind of “tremble”…

There is no Warp filter in the English version of Shotcut.
