Filter ? Split and Shift Video

Need a filter to take the left half of a clip and shift it to the left 1/3 of the screen, and the right half to the right 1/3 of the screen … leaving a space in the centre. Any filter that does that ?

Thanks its nice of you to do the video. I was hoping there was a single filter that could do these kinds of multiple masks simultaneously.

You can create two sets of filters, one for the right and one for the left of a clip, and apply them even more easily. This is very handy if you plan to use it frequently in your videos.
