Exporting is always failed

What is your operating system?
(If you are using Linux, you must state how you installed Shotcut as there are too many builds and packages. In general, we do not make the build installed by your distribution package manager unless it installs the Snap. The developers only build, test, run, and support the builds shown on our download page.)

Windows 10 Pro
i7-1280P 2.00 GHz

What is your Shotcut version (see Help > About Shotcut)?

shotcut-win64-240626

Can you repeat the problem? If so, what are the steps?
(Please be specific and use the names as seen in Shotcut, preferably English. Include a screenshot or screen recording if you can. Also, you can attach logs from either View > Application Log or right-click a job and choose View Log.)

step1: combine all the files(different files from my phone and my dash camera, too)
step2: export files with those files I need to combine together

First of all, thanks to shortcut and its team with incredible language translation. Shortcut is great and simple

Regarding to my topic,
At its previous one, I had never had such as experience
Since I installed this version(240629) after found interest,
I can’t make exporting a simple video file.
Can anyone help me what’s going on?
Or I wish I wanna roll back to the previous version but I don’t know which version was.

The way I’m using shortcut is very simple and not required any professional one. Cutting or Combining.

Right click the failed job and view the log.

Failed with exit code -1073741819

This is a tricky one. Solutions range from rebooting your computer to removing a troublesome filter.

You can read some past posts here to get some ideas:

Your GPU is no longer supported. Turn off Export > Use hardware encoder

thank you so much

my GPU is Geforce RTX 3050
Another Q is
Does it mean that Shortcut is no longer supporting this one?
Or does it mean that my current GPU has problem and I need to fix it?

Ok that is supported, but the problem is the driver is too old. See lines 6&7 in your log screenshot.
