Is there a video diffusion filter? The features page says there is: https://www.shotcut.org/features; however I can not find it in my filter list.

Sorry, that is only available with GPU processing enabled. If you try GPU processing, do a lot of testing first to see if it works good enough for your needs and can like with its crashes before making a project. Projects that include filters and transitions cannot be converted between CPU and GPU processing at this time.
