When you create a transition between two movie clips, later change your mind and delete it, this shaves off part of each clip. Is this intended behaviour? It’s not ideal because it means you have to get everything exactly right the first time round with no room for maneuver.
Yes, normal behaviour. But you can reclaim the deleted sections using the mouse and dragging from the edge of the clip.
