Cut segments with no sound (updated)

I apologize for not being clear enough.
What I mean is: How can I AUTOMATICALLY trim the segments that have no sound?
I spent a lot of time trimming them manually.

In order to shorten some videos, I would like to get rid of the parts that have no sound, my videos are mostly tutorials in which I explain technical topics, so there is almost nothing I want to keep when I am silent.
How can I trim only the segments that have no sound at all ?

Go to the timeline away from any video or audio clips and right click. In the menu go down to “Show Audio Waveforms” and check it. Wait for the audio waveform to build then scroll the timeline to find the parts where the waveform is flat. Those are the silent parts. Edit those out accordingly.
