That rolling stones video isn’t really what I was looking for. I want it to look kind of like overcranking, but instead of being a smooth playback it would be stuttering a little bit. Stutter might not be the right description. To give you some context, I’m also applying this with sepia and some of the old film filters (dust, scratches, projector). I actually really like the way it looks previewed. It’s not rendered yet prior to export, so the video skips frames, but when I export to mp4, it’s smooth and I actually think the way it looks prior to export actually looks cool.
