Looking at Youtube videos, I notice many of them are split into chapter sections. I can see the beginning and ending of each chapter and the chapter title in the timeline. Is there any way to do this in Shotcut? The only chapter option I have seen appear to be strictly for editing purposes, not end user viewing.
Use Markers as documented below, add text to the makers, and then File > Export > Markers as Chapters. That creates a .txt file. Open it in a text view or editor, select all, Copy, and Paste into the YouTube description field.
