Crash when adding selection to slideshow

Shotcut version 24.09.13

Can you repeat the problem? If so, what are the steps?
Since the latest version (24.09.13), when adding the selection to the slideshow, the application closes abruptly. This happens very very frequently. With previous versions, I had never encountered this problem.

I was able to reproduce something here by opening an existing project and adding a slideshow two times in a row. First time succeeds, but the second crashes. Reproduced multiple times without fail. Thanks for the report.

I fixed what I could reproduce for the next version 24.10
