Can you add video properties comments to the EDL export file ? or any other way to help us on the youtube chapter creation on the video description ?

Is this the 23. subtitles on the roadmap ?

No. This item means providing a way to include subtitles (or closed screen captioning) i.e. words at the bottom of a video to help those who are deaf, or hard of hearing, or whose native language is not that being spoken in the video.
