Command line to render one frame from "MLT" shotcut project file

Hello everyone,
I’m wondering if there is a shotcut command line to export one frame as an image.
Thank you guys in advance for any direction to help solve my question.

Unfortunately, I’m looking to extract the frame from a Shotcut project using the command line, I believe it should be using the “melt.exe” and the “mlt” file.
