Another answer is no but you can replace them with using the subtitles feature, which is the best way to make multiple text elements with the same style. In addition to Subtitle Burn-In Video Filter you can Generate Text on Timeline, which creates a new track to hold them. Need to change something–text, timing, or style? Remove the track and regenerate it. It also works in conjunction with a preset.
