Regarding video color editing

  • Is there an automatic setting?
  • Should each clip be edited separately?
  • What should I pay attention to first?

No. Although LUTs could be regarded as “automatic”.

Almost certainly.

Before starting, read a few articles on the web. They can give you useful pointers, e.g

One little nugget of information here is that here’s little point trying to color-correct/grade a video that is jittery, so stabilise it first.
