In experimenting with the new “Audio Loudness” scope, I noticed that it allows individual meters to be disabled if they’re not required, which is great.
However, when those meters are turned off, the dock widget remains the same size, sort of defeating the purpose since you can’t shrink it down to reclaim the extra space. (Not without the menu, Reset, and time-since-reset controls being hidden, as they remain at the bottom of the widget, and unless it’s large enough they’ll be scrolled out of view.)
