Audio ducking .. again

You can also do ducking on timeline by splitting and on

Timeline > Adjust Clip Gain/Volume

There is a black or gray line that appears across timeline clips that have audio if Settings > Timeline > Show Audio Waveforms is on. That was turned off by default because it was interfering with trying to move clips.

And you can use fade in/out as well to smooth the ducking.
