An option to backup all settings and user configurations

It would be great if we have an option to backup all shotcut settings and user configurations into a single file. I recently realised its requirement after formatting my laptop recently.

We can have option for example “Backup/Restore” which export or import all settings from a file.

I hope this feature is added soon thanks for active support from shotcut members and other people in the forum.
