I’d like to add a transparency effect on a color (grey) I added, in order to dark a video.
But I want to keep my video and my color together, with a transparency effect in my color…
I can’t find this effect in Shotcut… Is it possible ?
I hope it was pretty clear…

Why not just use the “Brightness” filter on the video. Otherwise put your video on V1, put a black (#00000000) color clip on V2 and apply the “Opacity” filter to the color clip
