When copying and pasting a clip in one track, other tracks are cut at cursor position and separated by the length of the pasted clip.
ver 16.12.03, Windows 10, 64 bit

Disable the “Ripple All Tracks” option and verify if still happens.

That was it, thanks! Seems it defaulted to that setting when I upgraded, because I never change it.
